Claustrophobia
Claustrophobia is typically thought to have two key symptoms: fear of restriction and fear of suffocation. One of the treatments for this phobia is known as "In vivo exposure." This method forces the patients to confront their fears by complete exposure to whatever fear they experiencing. This is usually done in a progressive manner beginning with lesser exposures and moving upwards to severe exposures.
